No returns/exchange only (with payments). All returns of diamond merchandise are subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee. Buyer agrees to pay a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) financing charge on all sums not paid in full within 30 days of the date due and to pay all costs of collection, with or without the institution of legal proceedings, attorney's fees and costs of court.
